Because of a growing amount of interest we will be adding recipes our guests have enjoyed at our tea events.
Amaretto Chantilly
1 Pkg (61/4 oz) miniature marshmallows
2/3 C Amaretto
6oz Maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp Lemon Juic
1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
2 C Whipping cream
2 Tbsp Chopped pistachios or toasted almonds
Combine marshmallows with amaretto in a double boiler until melted while occasionally stirring. Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, almond extract and cherries. Cool 15 minutes.
Whip cream in mixer until soft peaks are formed. Fold whipped cream into mixture. Spoon into either silicone muffin pan or fancy glasses and freeze. Release frozen chantilliey from cupcake pan on plate or serve in glass and garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
