Matcha Genmatcha Tea - A pleasant, balanced combination of classical Sencha tea, mild Matcha and peeled roasted rice. Makes a lime colored infusion with a light roasted note. Soft in taste, slightly sweet with hints of caramel.

Use 2 grams or 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz serving. Steep at 176-194° F for 2 - 3 minutes.

Use more for stronger tea.
