Privacy Policy Who are you? Who owns this company?Trenton Corporation owns Trenton Teas and is located in central New York. Trenton Teas became interested in tea for its wonderful relaxing, refreshing qualities and health benefits.

Shipping How much is shipping?Shipping is calculated by weight of products ordered, where the product is sent from and where it is shipped to. Shipping Prices are available at checkout. We offer USPS Express Mail and Priority Mail to all 50 states. We also offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air to all 50 states. USPS Express Mail—Overnight Guaranteed, 365 days a year, including Christmas. Tracking information provided. USPS Priority Mail—2-3 Day Shipping, tracking information provided. UPS Ground—1-5 Business Days, delivery by end of day. Tracking provided on all UPS delivery methods. UPS 3 Day Select—3 Business Days, delivery by end of day. UPS 2nd Day Air—2 Business Days, delivery by end of day. UPS Next Day Air—Next Business Day, Delivery typically by 10:30 AM. What about Christmas Delivery?USPS Express Mail will deliver packages on Christmas Day. USPS Priority will deliver on Thursday, December 24th but not Christmas Day, December 25th. UPS will deliver packages on Thursday, December 24th, but not Christmas Day, December 25th. How soon will you process my order?Orders are generally processed the next business day if ordered before 3 PM EST. All weekend orders process the next business day. Due to the busy holidays, we may take an extra day or two to begin processing. If you have concerns about the timeframe of your order, please choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, or call us at 877-474-8327 so we can further help you. Can I get my order faster?As mentioned earlier, we offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air for fast delivery of your order. What type of shipping options do you provide?We provide USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Who do you use for shipping?We currently use USPS and UPS for shipping. How much will it cost to get my order faster?The cost of expedited shipping is calculated at checkout. How can I send a gift to my Aunt Suzy directly and do you gift wrap?We can send your Aunt Suzy a package, courtesy of us. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but we have a wonderful assortment of gift baskets on our website that would fit the bill. Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?Yes, the billing address field can be different than the shipping address field. We ask you provide the correct billing address to ensure proper identification of your credit card or Paypal account. How can I find the status of my order?USPS and UPS provide tracking information for their packages. A link will be provided to you. Do you offer International shipping?At this time, we cannot ship orders to Canada or outside the United States. I want to send a gift to my son in Iraq. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?At this time, we cannot ship to an APO or FPO address. We ask you send the order to your own address and then ship to the APO/FPO address. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Guarantee/Refund Policy Do you offer a guarantee?Yes. We offer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. See the paragraph below. What if I get the product and I don’t like it?We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from us. We therefore offer a 30 day exchange or refund on all our products except for opened containers of tea or food products. If you are unhappy with your purchase we would like the opportunity to help resolve issues with preparing our teas, scones or using one of our products. Please email us at customercare@trentoncorporation.com or call us at 877-474-8327 before requesting an exchange or refund. What do I have to do in order to return the product to you, and will I get a refund?To receive a refund, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase, include your invoice with the reason written for your return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For your protection it is best to return items via a trackable and insured method like USPS Priority. Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of shipping for returns unless the return is because of our mistake. If you are unhappy with your order because of our mistake we will gladly refund shipping. How long will it take me to get a refund?We will email you with the status of your refund. Will you let me know when you get my return and refund my credit card?If you want to have us notify you when we received your return/exchange, please send us a message at customercare@trentoncorporation.com or call 877-474-8327 and we will make sure to provide all the information you require. Placing My Order What happens after I place my order?Your order will be received by our shipping department and if received by 3 PM EST is usually processed the next business day. During busy holidays we may take an extra day or two to begin processing. Please call us at 877-474-8327 with any questions. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time. How do you get my information?We obtain your information from the checkout page. Are you sure your site is safe to put my credit card information on?Absolutely! We use Yahoo’s E-Commerce 128 bit encryption to ensure your credit card information is safe. Do I have to pay sales tax?There is no sales tax on tea or food items. There is an 8.75% NYS sales tax charged for teaware and non food items. I would rather call you to place my order, can I do that?Yes!!
