Description
One of the finest green teas from China. Long flat leaves formed by pressing and firing fresh tea leaves in a wok. This method is called pan firing. Makes a pale yellow brew.

Steep at 180° F 3 -4 minutes. Use 1 gm or 1/2 teaspoon per 6 oz cup.
